At Mastercard, I directed engineering teams modernizing payments infrastructure in one of the most regulated environments on the planet. Cloud-native architecture, high-volume transaction processing, security and compliance at global scale.

At Dapper Labs, I owned the wallet and payments platform behind NBA Top Shot—the revenue engine that processed over one billion in gross sales. I scaled the org from a single pod to multiple domain-focused teams across NBA Top Shot, NFL ALL DAY, and Disney Pinnacle.

At Flow Foundation, I ran developer growth—DevRel, marketing, tooling, onboarding, the whole ecosystem. Doubled monthly active developers during a market contraction, without relying on heavy incentive programs. Grew ecosystem TVL nearly 20x.

I achieved the childhood dream. Big logos, real products, actual users. I learned a ton and worked with incredible people.

But after years at high-growth startups, I was ready for a change. I wanted to work closer to the ground—directly with founders, on problems I could see through from start to finish.
