Father
I have two daughters, both still little. We enjoy exploring parks, and building things with Magnatiles or cardboard. They like to help me cook, and I like to barbecue with them on my smoker. Mostly I just really enjoy watching them grow.
Husband
My wife and I met when we were in high school, and we have stayed together since then. We enjoy eating the best local food in St. Louis, watching the family we built grow together, and rooting on our favorite teams.
Technologist
I've always been interested in technology — since I was little, always one of the latest gadgets or doodads. I went to college to learn how to build the things that used to inspire me, and now I'm living out that dream of creating cutting-edge, novel technology to impact the world, to impact people.

WorkHoodie
Solo by design. A fractional AI partner for companies that don't have one on staff: the senior operator you can't afford full-time, pointed at your problem part-time. Consulting funds the products; products spin out once they need a team.
Flow Foundation
Head of Developer Growth
- Doubled monthly active developers (250+ → 500+) during a market contraction; top-25 developer network without heavy incentives.
- Ecosystem TVL ~$5M → ~$95M.
- Repositioned EVM equivalence as a growth lever; rebuilt the org around ownership and cadence.
ENDORSEMENT
“Sean was able to 2x the dev count on Flow during the Crescendo upgrade: A huge update that broke nearly every smart contract deployed on the network! He was able to reactivate a bunch of churned devs and turned a massive upheaval into a big win. I was really glad for his leadership through that maelstrom.”
Chief Architect, Flow Foundation · Creator of ERC-721 Dapper Labs
Senior Software Engineering Manager
- Owned the wallet and payments platform behind every Dapper consumer product — supporting over $1B in gross sales.
- Repeatable wallet/payments pattern reused for NBA Top Shot, NFL ALL DAY, Disney Pinnacle.
- One pod → multiple domain teams, balancing UX, custodial risk, fraud, compliance.
ENDORSEMENT
“Sean scaled Dapper Wallet from 8 to 40 engineers and transformed it into an ecosystem platform processing over $1B. Enabled dozens of businesses in the Flow ecosystem through open standards. Real impact.”
CEO, Dapper Labs · Creator of NBA Top Shot & CryptoKitties Mastercard
Director of Software Engineering
- Led next-generation infrastructure modernization: cloud-native patterns across product, security, compliance and architecture.
- Delivered high-volume transaction systems under strict regulatory and security requirements.
ENDORSEMENT
“Sean led our Next Edge initiative - reimagining Mastercard's card processing for the cloud. He brought innovation velocity to an enterprise R&D environment, delivered working prototypes, and drove architecture decisions. Technical depth, business communication, and navigated enterprise complexity seamlessly.”
Vice President of Software Engineering, Mastercard CenturyLink
Lead Software Developer → Software Engineering Manager
- Owned the turnaround of a broken, revenue-critical billing ingestion system — delayed invoices, escalations, audit risk — and pivoted the architecture mid-rebuild.
- Re-architected billing from fragile end-of-month batch runs to an event-driven model with continuous validation. The monthly fire drill stopped.
- Before that: greenfield cloud products for managed-services customers — security, remote administration, cost optimization — owned design through production, on call for uptime.
Sparo Labs
Senior Engineer
Sparo built respiratory health hardware and the software around it, and a pharmaceutical partner needed that data inside their own systems. I owned the integration layer where the two sides met.
- Built the path between two companies' systems, so readings from Sparo's device arrived in the partner's environment in a shape their teams could work with.
- Treated auth as the hard part: patient respiratory data crossing a company boundary means every access decision has to be explicit and hold up later.
- Built to the partner's calendar, not ours — SDKs and APIs stable and documented enough for their engineers to build against on their own.
ENDORSEMENT
“Sean joined while we were supporting a major pharma partnership. He ramped up fast, owned the integration layer (SDKs, APIs, auth), and shipped what we needed to make external collaboration work. High-quality output, real impact. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.”
CEO, Sparo Labs · Forbes 30 Under 30 BAE Systems
Test Engineer
- Built internal monitoring software to catch hardware and system failures early across production test equipment — surfaced issues nobody had seen, cut engineering downtime. Nominated for a BAE Systems Innovation Award.
- Maintained and extended test software and equipment for flight and engine control systems, across functional areas.
- Where I learned that "it works on my machine" is not a test plan.
